Our steaks - all aged, choice beef butchered on the premises - are charcoal grilled to perfection before your eyes. Outstanding dinner specialties include Porterhouse steak and Teriyaki sirloin. If you prefer, select from such choices as fresh grilled swordfish, dolphin, or salmon; Alaskan king crab and Florida lobster tails; charcoal-grilled lamb and pork chops; or chicken teriyaki. Each Chuck's features a lounge with a full bar, providing you with an excellent opportunity to extend an already memorable evening. We're open for dinner seven nights a week from 4:30 p.m. The average price of an entree is an affordable $15.00. Our SE 17th Street location serves lunch from 11:30 a.m.
